Defne is responsible for Internal Audit, Internal Control and Corporate Governance Structures.
In 2001 Defne started her career as a Financial Auditor at Deloitte. She then worked for Akbank where she was an Internal Auditor. She joined PwC in 2005 where she acted as the Financial Industry Leader in Risk Assurance Services.

Ozan Eryavuz is the Managing Director of Trive’s banking and credit arm since June 2015.
He built Trive Credit, which operates primarily in Spain, Mexico and Australia, servicing over millions of customers.
Prior to his role at Trive, Eryavuz was the Head of Financial Services of Peppers & Rogers Group, a consumer-centered management consulting firm.

Övgü is the responsible of Trive’s strategy and M&A activities since September 2020.
She started her career as a Financial Auditor at PwC Turkey in 2015, then continue her role as a Manager in Valuation and Financial Modelling team as part of the Advisory department.

Hugo joined Trive in September 2021 to cooperate in covering regulatory affairs and he is responsible for the operations in Netherlands.
Hugo started as Trader at Delta Lloyd Bank and was Head of Treasury trading/liquidity, ALCO Member at Amsterdam Trade Bank.

David joined Trive in May 2023 to support the firm’s operations in the U.S. He brings over 20 years of experience in operations management across law firms and real estate companies.
His background includes work in process improvement and , team coordination which he now applies to help Trive strengthen its presence in the region.
